Q: I cannot find the desired manual.

A: Note that NOT ALL manuals are provided in the PDF files. The Library lists ALL the manuals we can produce. Also, the Library lists all language versions of the manuals we can prepare. The other manuals/languages not shown here are NOT available.

Q: I cannot open/read the manual files appropriately.

A: If you cannot open PDF files with Adobe Reader, please go through the following steps to update Adobe Reader to the latest version.

A: Each manual is created in the Adobe's PDF (Portable Document Format) using Adobe Acrobat. To read the PDF files you need to install Adobe Reader (Acrobat Reader) in your computer in advance. You can get Adobe Reader at the following Adobe site.

Q: Although I want to download the desired manual, I cannot do it. (I can view each page of the desired manual on the browser. )

Follow the procedure below:

• Windows

1. Click the right mouse button on the PDF icon for the desired manual. A pop-up menu appears.

2. Select [Download Link to Disk... (Save Link As...etc.,)] from the menu. "Save As" dialog box appears.

3. Designate the desired folder and enter the file name, then click [Save] button.

• Macintosh

1. Click on the PDF icon for the desired manual while holding down the <control> key until a pop-up menu appears.

2. Select [Download Link to Disk... (Save Link As...etc.,)] from the menu. The File Save dialog box appears.

3. Designate the desired folder and enter the file name, then click [Save] button.

If you are using the Acrobat Reader 4.0 or upper, you can easily download the PDF files even while you view them on your browser.

1. Open the PDF file you want to download on the browser.

2. Click on the "Floppy Disk" icon on the command bar. The File Save dialog box appears.

3. Designate the desired folder and enter the file name, then click [Save] button.

Q: I cannot find the manuals of some product categories.

A: The Manual Library provides user manuals for Electronic Musical Instruments, Commercial Audio Products, Audio / Video Products, and Wind, String, and Percussion Instruments. Currently, the Manual Library does not provide user manuals for products in other categories. We would appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Q: Although I've tried the all mentioned above, I cannot still solve my problems...
