Automatic Strip Sheet Feeding High-Precision Multiple-Shape Hole Puncher
With automatic alignment there is no need for tooling holes and pins. Uses conventional die with guide posts to achieve high-speed, high-precision multiple-shape hole punching.
High-thrust 5-ton servo driven punch head
The conventional die with guide posts has been attached with the QDC (quick die change) method.
To prevent bad output, the TS200 automatically detects trimming offset.
Automatic sheet feeding improves productivity tremendously by allowing for more automation of the die pressing process.
