Yamaha Fine Technologies hasapplied a broad technology to foster Yamaha's products such as a uniform specular surface molding to meet the pianists' sharp sensitivity, different types of material molding technique based on an original accumulated tooling expertise, super-engineering-plastics molding technology to realize stable molds and highly precise and detailed forms, and suchlike. We supply a broad range of plastic parts, reconciling an original molding technology with sensitivity, which are used in automotive parts, medical apparatus, electronic music instrument, and game consoles. Yamaha Fine Technologies applies an integrated production process structure from the process of tool design to the production of parts to meet its customers' needs.
Electric injection molding machine
Yamaha Fine Technologies has introduced from 1997 electric injection molding machine, which are speedy, very precise and cleanly.

Automotive interior parts
In plastic molding, we insert 3ply decorative laminated sheet which using the main texture into the tool and mold it together.
The decorative laminated sheet is a 3ply structure made of thermo-compressed cover materials (t02) + Aluminum panel (t03) + back materials (t02)
