Electronic piano key board tools introduction

When you open a piano keyboard, there are 88 keys side by side, 52 white keys and 36 black keys, in seven and a quarter octaves. We carry on a tradition of mirror polishing-based finishing techniques to ensure the pleasing appearance of these keys-their surface smoothness, their luster, and their uniformity. In order to polish the molded aspects of all keys uniformly so that they are all level and mirror-bright, what is decisive in determining excellence / defectiveness is human craftsmanship that goes beyond the scope of processing machinery and can catch a subtle skewing of reflections of light.
Then, the keyboard is the interface that links the performer with the musical instrument. It conveys the delicate intentions of fingertips to the musical instrument and the instrument's response to the musician. All 88 keys must be in tune. Precision molding is what ensures uniform touch-response. We work to improve precision by building systems covering everything from equipment and facilities to processing and metrics.
Keyboard molding is fundamental to our tool making.
