USB 2.0 CD-R/RW drive and Windows 2000/XP
Some customers experience writing problems in Disc-At-Once mode and Disc Copy with USB drives when connected to USB 2.0 on Intel 845 based machine running Windows 2000 and XP.
Symptom:
1. SCSI/IDE Command aborted error (Nero error message)
2. The burn process freezes

Windows
2000 - Apply the Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 through Windows Update.
Windows XP - Apply the patch available from Microsoft download center.
