Soldering assembly
After the tonehole are completed on the bell and bow , the two sections are soldered together.

Engraving
In this step, an experienced craftsman carefully engraves the bell by hand on Custom and pro models. This process takes 30 to 50 minutes for each saxophone. It requires a significant amount of experience and skilled technique.

Buffing
In this step, the surface of the sax body is polished to a clean finish using a buffer cloth and a polishing agent.

Lacquering
In this step, the surface is cleaned as a pretreatment, after which an electrostatic lacquer coating is applied in a special dust-free room.
